Frequently Asked Questions
NDxND stands for Neurodivergent by Neurodivergent. This project is created by someone who lives the ND experience, and it’s built with emotional safety, clarity, and warmth in mind.
Not at all. If the content resonates with you, it’s for you — whether you have a formal diagnosis or are simply exploring what works for your brain.
Nope. It’s not a medical or clinical tool. It’s a friendly, trauma-informed companion meant to support you in building life skills — especially if traditional resources haven’t felt accessible.
NDxND materials are made for personal use — but we love when professionals find them helpful, too.
If you’re using them in therapy sessions, classroom settings, coaching, or workshops, you’ll need a commercial license.
This helps keep the project sustainable and honors the care that goes into creating these tools.
You can find more info on the Licensing page, or reach out if you’re unsure which license fits your situation.
Just revisit the Freebies page or have a look at your inbox, sometimes it ends up in spam folder. You can shoot us an email at info@ndxnd.com. We’ll gladly resend it.
NDxND is built entirely by one human (hi! 👋) with no coding background — and it’s still a work in progress. Thanks for your patience while everything comes together.
It was created by a neurodivergent person, for neurodivergent people. That means softer visuals, less overwhelming text, flexible language, and zero shame. It’s not clinical; it’s personal, warm, and gently structured. Also folks love it and we have all 4 DBT Skills, not one omitted – as we believe all the skills are equally important.
Yes! NDxND is an ongoing creative project. More workbooks, printable worksheets, and calming visual tools are in the works — all designed to feel safe, human, and helpful.

Yes — we use AI mindfully and transparently, just like we discuss in the workbook. Tools help us double-check grammar, fine-tune structure, and gently stylize visuals — but everything begins with human intention.
For example: each illustration starts in Adobe Illustrator or Fresco, hand-drawn and sketched with care. We then use AI to assist with color exploration, layout variations, and stylistic consistency.
